Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://stratonyx.com and any websites, applications, reports, tools, content, subscriptions, consultations, and related services provided by Stratonyx Inc.

(“Stratonyx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase paid Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

Stratonyx provides I Ching-rooted Chinese metaphysics content and related digital reports, including BaZi/Four Pillars, annual forecasts, relationship compatibility, career and wealth reports, health-related lifestyle reflections, Plum Blossom Divination, Liu Yao, Zi Wei Dou Shu, educational content, and related tools.

The Services are for reflection, education, entertainment, and personal insight. They are not a substitute for professional advice from licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment, tax, immigration, employment, or other qualified professionals. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

You may need an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, promptly update account information, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Paid Services may be offered as one-time purchases, subscriptions, consultation packages, credits, or bundles.

Prices, features, currency, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout or in the applicable product description. Taxes may be calculated by us or by payment providers based on available billing information.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

Some digital reports may be generated immediately after payment; by ordering, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that refund rights may be limited after generation or delivery where permitted by law.

You are responsible for information you submit, including birth data, questions, partner information, messages, reviews, and other content. You represent that you have the right to provide such information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You should not submit third-party personal information unless you have permission or another lawful basis to do so.

You grant Stratonyx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and use your inputs and content as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes: - Violating laws, third-party rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or these Terms. - Submitting unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or misleading content. - Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, copy, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the

Services. - Using the Services to make high-stakes decisions about medical care, legal matters, investments,

employment, credit, housing, insurance, or safety without qualified professional advice. - Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, or commercially exploiting the Services except under a separate

written agreement. - Interfering with security features, payment systems, usage limits, or intellectual property notices.

The Services, website design, reports, software, prompts, templates, methodologies, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by Stratonyx or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

Unless a product page states otherwise, paid reports are licensed to you for personal use and may not be resold, republished, or used to train competing systems. You may save or print a copy for your own records.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, social platforms, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies may apply.

If users can submit reviews, comments, testimonials, messages, or other content visible to others, we may remove, restrict, or moderate content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules. Where the EU Digital Services Act or similar laws apply, users may have rights to receive information about certain moderation decisions and to use available complaint or appeal channels.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratonyx disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation. Metaphysical interpretations are subjective and may vary by tradition, practitioner, data accuracy, and context.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratonyx and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to Stratonyx for the Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratonyx from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, abuse the Services, or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute terms, and payment obligations.

Unless a mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@stratonyx.com. For disputes not resolved informally, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Colorado, except where applicable consumer law gives you a mandatory right to bring claims in another forum. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date or communicated by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
